LOVE ME NOW IN WINTER

Love me now in winter
The snow falls icy and poetic
rhymes with fireplace and embraces
with trees bent like orgasms
with streams of burning blood
a scream squeezed between teeth
the suffocation of a lost and kissed mouth
the fainting in a sweaty bed
eyes locked in a gaze
a smile you feel after loving.
Love me now in winter
to love is all I invent
the wind blowing outside
the moon that goes with the clouds
your steps that dance with me
in this beautiful song for two.

Jorge d'Alte

LEGEND?

She was the beautiful lady of the river.
It was to see her sitting on the rock, dreaming, a girl
how many moons were born and suffered
in the adventure of a waiting, crying, frail
and the riverbank grew, created the deep, became a river
and time became wrinkles, bare bones rotted.
It took root in the solitude, became the tree that grows
eating the moonlights and the sunsets
and on days of full moons it appears
sitting on the rock, wrapped white in a sheet.
